Value Chain Coordination Project
The Macdoch Foundation supported the FCF to investigate how values-based short supply chain coordination could accelerate a regenerative food system in South East Queensland from its base at Food Connect Shed in Brisbane.
The project included recruiting, mentoring and embedding a regional values-based short supply chain coordinator into Food Connect Shed’s operations to activate South East Queensland’s food sector. This case study will be shared nationally with communities, and used as a basis for developing a community of practice.
