Join us (and special guest, author and TV personality Costa Georgiadis) for a day of good food and positive action to kick off the SEQ Local Food Summit with a bang.

‘People’s Day’ is a feel-good festival with purpose - giving you the tools, inspiration and connections you need to eat more locally, and create sustainable change in your home and community:

• Informative, empowering workshops

• Lively chats with the one and only Costa

• A farmers market where you can not only buy from local producers and makers on the day, but find out how you can access their food directly in future

• Kids activity zone

• Live music

• Coffee, brekkie and food trucks to keep us fuelled

More than just a market, it’s also an opportunity for your voice to be heard - discussions and surveys from People’s Day will be carried forward into important conversations with industry and government on Days 2 and 3 of the Summit, letting them know the challenges, opportunities and visions of local, enviro-conscious foodies.
